Nigerian mother of two dies after sustaining injuries at Asake’s concert stampede

Rebecca Ikumelo, a 33-year-old Nigerian mother of two, has been pronounced dead after sustaining severe injuries during the stampede that occurred at singer Asake’s concert at Brixton O2 Academy in London. Late Ikumelo, who was very popular on Tiktok with videos she shared about her journey in taking care of her autistic son, died on Saturday in a hospital after being critically injured in the stampede. The World Bank has projected that debt servicing will gulp 123.4 per cent of the Federal Government’s revenue in 2023. This was according to a presentation made by the new World Bank Lead Economist for Nigeria, Alex Sienaert, in November 2022, which was obtained by our correspondent.
