Gunmen kill Nigerian singer, Ifeanyi Onah (Slami)
Gunmen killed a Nigerian singer-songwriter in Umubele, a community in Awka, Awka North Local Government Area of Anambra State, southeast Nigeria. The incident occurred on Sunday morning. The victim, Ifeanyi Onah, also known as Slami, was said to be driving his newly purchased Lexus 330 SUV when he was attacked and killed by the gunmen. A short video clip of the singer apparently recorded after being murdered has gone viral on social media. In the clip, the singer is seen lying on the floor shirtless in a pool of his blood.
