A suspected kidnapper was slain in Okuno, Orogun community in Ughelli North Local Government Area by police in Abraka Division, Ethiope-East Local Government Area, Delta State, under the command of SP Fabian Ayameh, in cooperation with the Abraka vigilante and hunters group.
