The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has said that it has no plan to disrupt the election in Igboland in 2023. The media and publicity secretary of the group, Emma Powerful, in a press statement, said there is no truth in any information circulating on alleged plans to disrupt the election in 2023 in Igboland. Tompolo accuses Nigerian Army, Navy of protecting oil thieves

Prof Folasade Ogunsola emerges first female UNILAG VC

Justice Inyang Edem Ekwo on Friday in Abuja struck out a suit instituted by the detained leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, against the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court on the secret trial of terrorism charges policy of the court. The suit, which has the Chief Judge, Justice John Tsoho, as sole defendant, was thrown out following its dramatic withdrawal by the Biafra nation agitator.
