Engr. Chinedu Onyeizu, energy expert and co-founder of the Abia Industrial Innovation Park (AIIP), has declared that Governor Alex Otti has redefined governance in Nigeria through visionary leadership and deliberate economic planning.

Speaking at the ongoing Africa Energy Summit in Kigali, Rwanda, Onyeizu said Abia State is witnessing a new era of development marked by massive infrastructure renewal, improved healthcare and education, enhanced security, and disciplined public financing.

He highlighted the ongoing industrial revolution driven by the AIIP as the centrepiece of the administration’s economic transformation agenda, explaining that the industrial park is being designed around sustainable energy solutions to guarantee stable power for manufacturing and attract large-scale investments.

According to him, the Otti administration has restored public confidence through transparency, workers’ welfare, prompt payment of salaries and pensions, and a strong pro-business policy environment that is repositioning Abia as a new industrial and investment destination.

Onyeizu told regional energy leaders that Abia’s transformation under Governor Otti is a clear demonstration that purposeful leadership, backed by policy clarity and private-sector partnership, can rapidly change the fortunes of a state.
