Chief Dr. Emeka Kalu, President of the E.C.K Foundation Worldwide, has urged Nigerians—particularly those in Abia North—to come out in large numbers and register for the 2027 general elections. In a recent address, Dr. Kalu underscored the importance of voter registration as the first and most vital step toward achieving meaningful change in both local communities and the nation at large.
“Your vote is your voice. It is the most powerful tool you possess to shape the future of your community and the nation,” Dr. Kalu stated. “I encourage everyone, particularly my fellow constituents in Abia North, to take this opportunity to register and ensure they are eligible to vote in 2027.”
Dr. Kalu stressed that active civic participation is the foundation of a thriving democracy, and that positive transformation in Nigeria is possible when citizens take responsibility for their future. Under his leadership, the E.C.K Foundation Worldwide continues to support initiatives that empower citizens and promote good governance.
He also called on community leaders, youth groups, and stakeholders to mobilize and raise awareness about the importance of voter registration. “Let us come together and make our voices heard.
