Bandits kill soldier, kidnap foreign national in Kaduna community

Suspected gunmen Friday, stormed a farm in Anchau village of Kubau Local Government Area of Kaduna State, on Wednesday, killing a soldier who was detailed to provide security to staff members in the company. A source disclosed that after killing the security personnel, they abducted two staff of the company, a Zimbabwean national. The Nigeria Correctional Service (NCS) has published the details and images of the 68 Boko Haram suspects who escaped from the Kuje prison. According to a BBC Pidgin report, officials have also promised to release details of other prisoners who escaped from the facility.
