Sporadic shooting at Nnamdi Kanu’s country home causes panic

There was panic at the Isiama Afaraukwu area of Umuahia, Abia State, the county home of the Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafran, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu on Saturday following a reported sporadic shooting in the secessionist’s home. Kanunta Kanu, a younger brother to the IPOB leader who confirmed the development in a tweet on his official Twitter handle, accused officers of the Nigeria Police of invading his father’s home. The Supreme leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has on Monday, refused to appear before a Federal High Court in Abuja in protest against the Federal Government’s refusal to obey a Court of Appeal judgment that ordered his release from detention.
