Former Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development, Dr Uche Ogah, has celebrated Ambassador Dr Osita Offor “Ultimate Commander,” on his birthday, describing him as an accomplished personality, philanthropist and patriot whose influence has transcended Nigeria.
Ogah, in his birthday message, commended Offor for his remarkable journey and the international recognition he earned during his career as a professional heavyweight wrestler, noting that his exploits helped project Nigerian talent on the global stage.

He described the “Ultimate Commander” as a courageous and determined sportsman whose strength and personality made him a formidable figure during his active years in professional wrestling.
According to him, the name “Ultimate Commander” became synonymous with a powerful presence in the wrestling arena, while Offor’s sporting career remains an important part of his legacy and continues to inspire people who witnessed his performances and followed his journey.
The former minister also praised Offor for successfully transforming the influence gained from his sporting career into humanitarian, community-oriented and other positive initiatives.
Ogah noted that the celebrant’s commitment to philanthropy and support for people demonstrates that true success goes beyond personal achievements, stressing that his efforts to impact lives have further established him as a respected Nigerian personality.
He equally acknowledged Offor’s leadership of the United Abia Artistes and Patriots (UAAP), describing the organisation as an important platform through which the celebrant has continued to promote creativity, unity, patriotism and the interests of artistes and other members of society.
Ogah said Offor’s ability to remain relevant and impactful long after his wrestling career reflects his versatility, resilience and enduring commitment to making a difference in society.
He congratulated Ambassador Dr Osita Offor, the “Ultimate Commander,” on his new age and prayed for many more years of good health, wisdom, fulfilment and greater accomplishments.
