First Lady Priscilla Otti Empowers 35 Indigent Widows With Dignity Homes Across Abia
In a remarkable demonstration of compassion and people-oriented service, the Wife of the Governor of Abia State, Mrs. Priscilla Otti, has commissioned and handed over 35 “Dignity Homes” to indigent widows across the 17 Local Government Areas of the state, reaffirming the administration’s commitment to improving the welfare of vulnerable citizens. The initiative, which was carried out in celebration of Governor Alex Otti’s third anniversary in office, provided decent housing to 35 widows, many of whom had reportedly lived in extreme hardship and poor living conditions for years.
