Ohanaeze youths to NLC: Don’t take your protest to Igbo land.

Ohanaeze Ndigbo, the most prominent Igbo socio-cultural organisation, has warned the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) not to hold any kind of demonstration in Igbo territory. It will be recalled that the NLC had planned nationwide demonstrations against the hardships facing the nation on February 27 and 28. However, Mazi Okwu Nnabuike, the national president of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council Worldwide, stated in a statement made available to journalists on Monday that the NLC protest will not take place in any part of Igbo land.
