Police parade Kano legislator who allegedly led a mob to burn INEC office

A member of the Kano State House of Assembly, Isiyaku Ali Danja Gezawa, and 164 persons were arrested by the Kano State Police Command for allegedly trying to set ablaze the office of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC and a police station. Thugs invade INEC office in Obingwa Local Government Area

Three thugs were gunned down in Benue State for disrupting the election, snatching BVAS

At least three persons suspected to be political thugs have been killed in Gboko Local Government Area of Benue State. The thugs invaded the polling units 026 and 004, Gboko South while electoral processes were ongoing and attempted to snatch ballot boxes and the Bimodal Voters Accreditation System, BVAS.
