The governor of Zamfara State, Dauda Lawal, has come under fire from the Arewa APC Vanguard for calling on President Bola Tinubu to resign due to his alleged certificate fraud, which is currently being considered by the Supreme Court.

The organization called Governor Dauda Lawal’s call nasty, aggressive, and harmful, and described the governor’s actions as contempt of court.

Newsmen in Gusau, the capital of Zamfara State, were provided with a press statement by Jonathan Audu, the chairman of Arewa APC Vanguard, disclosing this information.

The group claimed that President Bola Tinubu should be permitted to carry out the excellent programs he has started to raise the average person’s level of living because he was overwhelmingly elected by Nigerians.

Audu characterized the governor as a tool of the old administration’s cabals, acting as their puppet to divert attention away from President Tinubu’s achievements.

“With his persistently poor leadership style, we would like to use this medium to advise Governor Dauda to concentrate on delivering his campaign promises to the displaced people of Zamfara, who are being killed, kidnapped, and raped on a daily basis by ruthless bandits,” the statement said.

Audu went on to encourage the people of Zamfara State to pray and maintain their positive outlook since President Bola Tinubu’s capable administration will soon put a stop to their misery.
