Hon. Uko Nkole is the immediate past Member of the House of Representatives for Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency.
His tenure in the National Assembly was marked by representation and projects across the constituency, covering areas such as water, roads, empowerment and electricity.
WATER PROJECTS — VERIFIABLE ACHIEVEMENTS
Among the water projects attributed to his tenure are:
- Construction of Ndi Okereke Water Scheme, Abam.
- Reticulation of the Abiriba Water Scheme, which had reportedly remained moribund for over 20 years.
- Construction of boreholes in Asaga Ohafia, Ibina and Arochukwu.
- Rehabilitation of the Ishimiri Elu Water Scheme and inclusion of its reticulation in the budget.
- Construction of a borehole in Umuzamgbo, Ihechiowa.
- Construction of a motorised borehole at Atan, Ihechiowa.
- Rehabilitation of the moribund Ohafia Water Scheme at Akanu.
