High Chief Sir Etomchukwu Alaekwe Uba, popularly known as IDEJIMBA OBINOLU CHUKWU, High Chief Nwabunna Achu, Ziggy Waters, Chief Jude Onwu (German Floor) and Sir Lucky Ndidiamaka Ohams, have hosted the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC ) candidate for Abia North Senatorial District, Hon. Uko Nkole, in a strategic political engagement ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The engagement, held yesterday Saturday September 5, 2026, focused on leadership, representation, unity and the political future of Abia North, with discussions focusing on the presidential ambition of His Excellency Mr Peter Obi,Hon Uko Nkole Abia North Senatorial bid and other NDC candidates .
The meeting comes as political consultations intensify across Abia North, with major stakeholders and political actors engaging communities and influential blocs ahead of the 2027 contest.

Hon. Uko Nkole, who is contesting under the NDC, has continued his consultations across the senatorial district as he seeks to build wider support for his candidacy and the broader political agenda associated with Peter Obi’s presidential ambition.
In a related engagement, Prince Obinna Ude also hosted Hon. Uko Nkole at his residence in Lekwesi, Leru, where discussions centred on the political future of Abia North and the need for purposeful representation.
