The ADC candidate for Abia State House of Assembly, Arochukwu Constituency, Mrs Francess Olisa Ogbonnaya (TABITHA), has commended His Royal Majesty, Eze Eberechukwu Oji, the Eze Aro IX, and the leadership of Inyom Aro for bringing Aro women together at the 31st General Assembly of Inyom Aro.
The colourful event, which featured the wife of the Abia State Governor, Her Excellency, Mrs Priscilla Otti, as the Mother of the Day, attracted Aro daughters and wives from different walks of life and branches.
Speaking with journalists at the event, Tabitha described the successful gathering as proof that UNITY IS STRENGTH, stressing that women can achieve remarkable things when they unite behind a common purpose.
She further called on Aro women to rally behind her candidacy, declaring that the 2027 election presents a historic opportunity to elect the FIRST FEMALE MEMBER OF THE ABIA STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY FROM AROCHUKWU and put an end to the “POLITICAL MARGINALIZATION “
The ADC candidate reiterated her commitment to championing the interests of Arochukwu women and the entire constituency, urging them to embrace the opportunity to make history through their collective support.
