President of the United Abia Artistes and Patriots (UAAP) Forum, Ambassador Dr. Osita Offor, has expressed deep grief over the death of celebrated Nollywood actor Alex Ekubo, describing it as a painful loss to Nigeria’s entertainment industry and the African creative community.
In a condolence message, Ambassador Offor praised the late actor for his immense contribution to Nollywood, noting that Alex Ekubo’s talent, charisma, and professionalism made him one of the most admired faces in African cinema.

“Alex Ekubo was not just an actor but a cultural ambassador who used his craft to project African creativity to the world. His death is heartbreaking and a huge loss to the entertainment family,” Offor stated.
